Introduction to the Class
Each of us has innate birthing wisdom – an ‘Inner Midwife’ a part of you that inherently knows how to birth your baby – and how to be a mom. But there’s so much birth clutter in our culture that it’s easy to be disconnected from this inner knowing. In Finding Your Inner Midwife I’m going to reconnect you with the inner wisdom of working with the sensations of labor, finding positions and inner tools that will help you move through birth and mothering with a greater confidence in your intuitive self. This ‘work’ of finding your inner midwife is profoundly important on our Mama Journey. While you’re doing all the things we do to support our physical health in pregnancy, consider this the inner preparation for birth and motherhood – the mindset work.
